The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the activities of the organization, distribution of funding and making major policy decisions. They are overseen by the membership who elects them and approves policy proposals at our Annual Members Meeting. Our events and Gatherings are created entirely by self-selected volunteer planning committees and not by the Board of Directors.Â
